1. Like this from link-- "Take care of the many who, for no fault of their own, get the short straws in life."

“Thank you, Uncle Sam. Someday your nieces and nephews at Berkshire hope to send you even larger payments than we did in 2024. Spend it wisely. Take care of the many who, for no fault of their own, get the short straws in life. They deserve better. And never forget that we need you to maintain a stable currency and that result requires both wisdom and vigilance on your part,” Buffett wrote, reinforcing some of the Democratic ideals he has long supported.

2. Not really LBN or newsworthy. What is newsworthy is that Buffett is dumping his US stocks.

A year ago, Berkshire held nearly twice as much money in stocks as it did in Treasury bills. Warren Buffett, warning of ‘scoundrels’ and ‘fiscal folly,’ slashed his exposure to U.S. stocks. https://www.marketwatch.com/story/warren-buffett-warning-of-scoundrels-and-fiscal-folly-slashes-his-exposure-to-u-s-stocks-15c6e66a?link=sfmw_fb&fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR3qVYFDVp0xIrTZV7aYxldXEDx1PD4ZLnnRoBJaD0DKVq9bc1vfH3onOlM_aem_roJeNUyb6LYV1nt06pCLGw

3. Remember the fictional character Ron Swanson?

From Parks and Recreation? We'll, we've been watching it again lately and I keep saying that what is happening at the White House is Swanson's wet dream come true.

Never consideration for people. Just capital. And always said with such strength and conviction. No thought about people. Swanson wants little to do with people. But he doesn't manipulate them the way Trump/Musk do. And the brownnosing going on in the WH is enough to paint it that color.
