Downtime Sunday morning, April 12th

DU experienced some technical difficulties this morning starting around 8am ET. We brought the site down for maintenance while we worked on the issue.

The site is back up and running for now, but we are still investigating the issue and may need to bring the site down again for more work.

They were so sad, It was like the Easter Bunny didn't come. Fortunately for me, I read it and sent out the email before the site went down. DU comes on Sunday morning before coffee and the paper.

the worst of course on 08Nov2016 when i was alone in a hotel room in Philly, trump was winning, and then DU was gone.

Late afternoon-ish, MDT, I ran into the same error for 2-3 minutes, then the site came up just fine.

No idea whether that's relevant.

One clarification: DU was acting funny even last night (meaning Saturday night) at around 6pm Pacific. I don't know if it was related to what happened this morning, but it was painfully slow last night.
