Expose the Epstein Cover-Up

Last week, the Trump administration quietly closed its review of the Jeffrey Epstein case. No client list. No charges. No further investigation. Just a shrug from the Department of Justice—now led by Trump loyalists—claiming the case is over and there’s nothing to see.

But Americans aren’t buying it. And, for once, neither are many of Trump’s own supporters. Now, it’s up to us to expose the lies, end the cover-up and demand accountability from Congress.

EPSTEIN 101

Jeffrey Epstein was a wealthy financier and convicted sex offender with deep ties to global elites—presidents, billionaires, royals, and media moguls. Epstein and Trump had a decades-long friendship, and in 2002 Trump said this to New York Magazine: “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.” Just a few years later, Epstein was convicted of procuring a person under 18 for prostitution.

In 2019, Epstein was arrested again, this time on federal sex trafficking charges—this time, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of underage girls. There were also whispered allegations that he not only coordinated the child sex abuse, but used it to blackmail the wealthy and powerful abusers. He died under suspicious circumstances in a New York jail cell before he could be brought to trial. His associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, is now in prison, but no other high-profile figures have ever been held accountable

For years, the public has demanded the truth: Who else was involved? Who enabled it? Who’s being protected?

Trump promised during his campaign that, if elected, he would run a transparent administration and throw open the files to high-profile cases. But now that he’s back in power, his administration is trying to shut the door to accountability for good.

BONDI, THE DOJ, AND A FAMILIAR PATTERN

The review of the Epstein case was led by Attorney General Pam Bondi—Trump’s former impeachment defense lawyer and longtime political fixer.

This isn’t the first time Bondi has been accused of protecting Trump. In 2013, as Florida’s Attorney General, she considered launching an investigation into Trump University for fraud. Then a PAC supporting her re-election campaign received a $25,000 “donation” from Trump’s foundation, and shortly after, chose not to move forward with the formal investigation. Trump later paid a fine for making an illegal donation from a nonprofit.

Now, the Department of Justice—which Bondi leads—is claiming there’s no Epstein client list, and never was. No blackmail. Nothing to see, and nothing to release to the public.

But here’s the kicker: Bondi herself told Fox News just months ago that the “client list” was sitting on her desk. And she repeatedly hinted that big revelations were coming. Now they’re saying the list doesn’t exist. Which is it?

Even some of Trump’s most loyal supporters have had enough of the lies and deceit, and want to know the truth about the well-connected pedophile and his connections to the rich and powerful.

THE RIGHT IS IMPLODING OVER THIS

The blowback over the Epstein memo is coming from inside the MAGA house:

• Far-right influencers like Laura Loomer and Robby Starbuck are openly calling out Trump for letting Bondi bury the story.
• Megyn Kelly and Charlie Kirk’s conference crowd booed the administration’s excuses.
• Dan Bongino, the FBI’s deputy director, was reportedly so angry about the DOJ’s memo that he skipped work after a heated White House meeting with Bondi.
• Mike Flynn, Trump’s former National Security Adviser, warned the administration that sweeping Epstein under the rug is a mistake.
• Rank-and-file MAGA loyalists are swarming social media to call out the hypocrisy, posting videos of burning their red hats in protest.
• Some Republicans in leadership, including Mike Johnson, are now calling for the release of any documents, while other Members of Congress continue to defend Trump and downplay Epstein’s importance.

And Elon Musk—Trump’s biggest campaign donor—recently shared and then deleted a post alleging that Trump was personally named in the files, and that’s why they hadn’t been released yet. When Trump himself has to go on social media and plead with his base to “stop wasting time on Epstein” and call any supporters who don’t take his side “weaklings,” you know they’ve hit a nerve.

THE PUBLIC ISN’T FOOLED

New polling from Blue Rose Research backs it up:

• 70% of voters believe law enforcement is still hiding the truth about Epstein’s powerful associates.
• 67% say the case matters because it’s about government transparency and accountability—not conspiracy theories.
• 53% believe there is a secret client list that’s being protected, likely including Trump.
• Even among Trump’s base, nearly half (49%) think the full truth hasn’t come out.

This isn’t just a scandal—it’s a political vulnerability. And Republicans know it.

This isn’t about ancient history. This is about a sitting president potentially being able to use his power—again—to protect himself and his elite friends from justice. And it’s about the sexual abuse and trafficking of underage girls being treated like an unimportant side note.

Trump appointed a loyalist who has already helped him escape accountability once to head the Department of Justice. Now, she’s in a position to shut down a case that could potentially implicate him again. She made public promises of revelations, then quietly reversed course and now claims they never existed in the first place. And the administration is hoping the country will just move on.

But the story isn’t going away. Because we’re not letting it.

THE MOMENT TO ACT

This is about whether elites get to live above the law—and whether elected officials will be allowed to continue enabling it. We have a clear demand: Stop the lies. Release the files. Investigate the cover-up. Hold the powerful accountable.

Congress can’t dodge this forever. It's time to force every Member to choose: Are they on the side of justice—or part of a cover-up?

TAKE ACTION NOW

We’re putting every Member of Congress on the spot. Do they support releasing the Epstein files, or are they fine with a known Trump loyalist burying the truth?

Use our script to demand your Republican representative and/or senator publicly support:

Releasing all Epstein-related documents and flight logs
Investigating Pam Bondi’s DOJ review and contradictions
Accountability for all implicated public officials

CALL YOUR REPUBLICAN REPRESENTATIVE

CALL YOUR REPUBLICAN SENATOR

Now, THIS is interesting. Keep it clean, please.
EXTRA-CREDIT: MAIL THE COVER-UP

During the Trumpcare fight in 2017, people mailed potatoes to senators to protest the repeal of healthcare protections. Why? Because it was funny, weird, and impossible to ignore.

Now, it's our turn.

The Epstein scandal is being swept under the rug—and Trump’s DOJ literally says there’s “no client list” while his former impeachment lawyer Pam Bondi flips her story and tries to shut the case down forever.

If you’d like to send your Republican MoCs some mail (or drop it off in person at an unannounced district office visit), send them something to show just how empty you find their claims: 🗂️ AN EMPTY FOLDER.

Message: “Just like Pam Bondi’s Epstein file—totally empty.” Mail a manila folder labeled “Epstein Client List” with nothing inside. Include a note like: “The DOJ says this doesn’t exist. Do you believe them?” or “Here’s what [REP NAME] has done about the Epstein cover-up: absolutely nothing.”

You can also include other pictures or imagery, like a plane with the message: “Still waiting for the Epstein flight log passengers.” You could even send a cheap toy airplane or paper plane marked “Flight Logs” with a tag: “Who was on the plane, [REP NAME]? Why don’t you want us to know?”

DON’T FORGET TO MAKE IT SOCIAL

Post a photo or video of your package and tag your MoC before sending, then mail to their district office.
Use hashtags: #EpsteinCoverUp and #ReleaseTheList
Bonus points if you deliver it in person and record it.

This tactic works because it’s weird enough to break through. Reporters will cover it. Staffers will talk about it. And it reminds the public: this isn’t just dark and horrifying—it’s also ridiculous, and they think we’ll forget.

BILLBOARDS

The following is a request for donations to cover the cost of billboards.
https://indivisible.actionkit.com/mailings/view/119534
Links are not copied, so go there if you want to donate.

Last week, Trump’s loyalists in the Department of Justice (DOJ) quietly closed their review of the Jeffrey Epstein case. No client list. No charges. No further investigation.

After years of stoking conspiracy theories and promising to expose corrupt elites, Trump’s inner circle now looks to all the country like corrupt elites themselves (an overdue recognition, to be sure). Trump in particular -- a longtime friend of Epstein’s -- is looking mighty suspicious.

This week, Congressional Republicans further enabled the cover-up by blocking the release of the files.

And suddenly, in a way we’ve never seen before, MAGA-world is in revolt.

Far-right influencers are calling out Trump for letting Pam Bondi bury the story. Crowds at CPAC are booing the administration’s excuses. Polling shows the vast majority of Americans -- including independents and even Republicans -- disapprove of Trump’s handling of the case. And Trump is only making things worse by cursing out his own supporters for continuing to ask questions.

This is a unique moment when we have the chance to drive a wedge deep into the MAGA movement, simply by doing what’s right -- calling attention to these heinous crimes and demanding full transparency. So that’s what we’re going to do.

In the next few days, we’re going to put up billboards in a number of Republican congressional districts -- some swing districts, some deep red -- calling out congressional Republicans AND Trump for covering up the Epstein files.

We’re reaching out today to ask for your support in funding these billboards. These aren’t budgeted for, so what we raise today determines how many billboards we can put up and in how many districts. Please chip in, if you’re able.

Billboard with Donald Trump and Nancy Mace that reads’ Hey Nancy Mace, Release the Epstein Files.’.

Republicans in Congress want nothing more than for this issue to go away quietly. But we won’t let that happen. The longer we can keep national focus on the regime’s shady handling of the Epstein files, the harder it will be for Republicans to ignore their own base and the vast majority of Americans who are demanding transparency and accountability.

The more Republican members start to feel like doing Trump's bidding is hurting them with their own voters and constituents, the stronger the likelihood we’ll begin to see cracks in their sycophantic enabling of his agenda.

Trump has been able to get away with his authoritarian moves up until now because too few people in positions of power have been willing to stand up to him. Congressional Republicans, in particular, have ceded their checks rather than use them, fearing Trump’s hold on the Republican base more than they fear the general electorate.

This is our best chance thus far of changing the paradigm, using an issue his supporters care deeply about to illustrate what those reading this email already know -- Trump is a corrupt leader who only cares about protecting himself and his wealthy supporters. He’s an abuser who has surrounded himself with abusers. And he’ll sell anyone out -- he’ll sell this country out -- to avoid accountability.

Let’s keep up the pressure on Trump and his enablers. Chip in to help fund billboards that’ll keep Trump’s Epstein cover-up in the headlines.

In addition to these billboards, we’ll also be using these grassroots tactics to demand Republicans break with Trump and push for the release of the files.

☎️ Driving calls and emails to Congress demanding the release of all Epstein-related documents and flight logs, investigations of Pam Bondi’s DOJ review and contradictions, and accountability for all implicated public officials.

🐶 Birddogging guides so constituents can force tough questions at town halls, district offices, and public events.

📱 Social media toolkits to amplify the administration’s contradictions, share polling that shows the public isn’t fooled, and keep this issue alive by making it viral.
