Statehouse fucked us again on lottery bill.

repugs were afraid that dems "would turn out in droves" if it was on the regular Nov. ballot.

Fiscal year starts October 1.

They're still at least $60,000,000 short - along with the Federal $2 for $1 match, it could be the dismantling of Medicaid in Alabama and deaths of Alabamians denied coverage and prescription aid.

If we only had an energized Alabama Democratic Party.

Not unless they go back to being George Wallace Democrats and even then I doubt it.

Here in Huntsville most of the voters don't consider how little there would be here without government largesse.
