(67,396 posts)to save all those people and risked their own lives. Just heard the news that the injured serviceman will be released from the hospital. I hope he will be OK and doesn't have any permanent injuries.
Quiet heroes on vacation but were alert to danger -- a report said they overheard the attacker loading his gun in the bathroom. They must have recognized the sounds and were ready to take action when he emerged.
