Interesting. It is recorded from the Mandarin Oriental hotel which is diagonally opposite the Forum restaurant. It runs from 1 minute prior to the blast until 7 minutes after.

At 1:14, you can see Dzhokhar Tsarnaev running away in the top left corner.

1. Interesting to see a new perspective. The people move like a school of fish changing

direction when the bomb goes off. But, the cop goes running straight for it. I can't imagine having that job.

I can't make out Tsarnaev as you say you can.

4. I noticed the pace picked up quiet a bit too

Of course I'd been hauling ass the other way right with them. Nothing I dislike more than shrapnel.
I know we have a lot of sorry cops but I have to say the few times I've encountered cops it wasn't that bad. Of course I'm the kind that will admit fault, almost to a fault, when I'm the guilty party. Its always served me well to be that way too.

Turn to full screen. From 1:14 to 1:16, he's running, on the sidewalk where the toppled barriers are. White cap. Black clothes. And without bag, apparently.
