a failed state, 90 miles north of havana, is a threat to the people of cuba. any responsible government would procure modern weapons.

They’ve supported terror groups that have killed Americans. They’ve provided missiles and funding to the Houthis for over a decade that then use the same to attack shipping in the gulf. They’ve are terrorist and an enemy of the US.
