The Scottish Tartans in Boston and Providence have gifted the world with a strong reminder of the joy within all of us....

My daughter lives in NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA, south of Boston.... The excitement, the community joy and shared kindness is infectious there...... reminding all of us who we truly are.....

We have been so beaten down by this tRumpian media and faux pResident for sooooo many years....yet, the Scottish people came and gave us a huge hug of love..... It is inspiring for we the people to vote out this dark, crime family leadership..... The Scotts have awaken us from our gloom....

Anyone been watching the massive positives in the Boston community? Lots of online videos, marching, drumming, singing, eating great food.....and stories of kindness exchanged....

Lets take this gift and hold onto it tightly.....massive Democratic voting turnout in November...." Remember the Tartans"....

2. Well, the Duke of Wellington has worn his for years...

They keep trying to remove it and it reappears immediately. Scots are kind of ungovernable, but especially the Weegies—all in god fun.

My biggest wish is to be able to go there and see where my family came from (originally the Borders but at some point in the 1400s, they buggered off to Orkney, which is as much Viking territory as Scots). My GGF came here by way of Canada, for some reason, whilst his 11 brothers headed to Oz. I feel cheated—especially nowadays. I’m one generation too late to be allowed to just move back. These are my people, not this dystopian MAGAland horror where the Constitution is just a piece of paper and the concept of “checks and balances±” a distant memory.

And seriously… MEN IN KILTS. *sigh* These are my people!

The locals are calling their area "New Scotland" now instead of New England....

the cone thing is funny...The Scotts brought over a Scottish tradition..... it's all loved by the locals.
