A Public Cleansing

Is it more important that people be held accountable for their crimes, or that the public be made aware of the truth and these folks be publicly humiliated?

There are so many people that have chosen to break the laws, but most of them will be pardoned by a law that is so ill-defined, it would be better if it did not exist at all.

Criminals get to roam free, no matter their offenses.

They may never go to prison but that does not mean they escape scrutiny for their crimes.

In my opinion, there must be a public cleansing, whether or not anyone goes to prison. The people of this country need to know who lied to them? They need to know how they did it? They need to know who was involved in the crimes against our nation.

Preferably, they would not be pardoned. They would be held accountable by our laws. But, is that likely?

I doubt it.

But the many Boomers will cling to past precedent, hoping the world will go back to the sanity of Before Trump Times. But you know, we tried that with Biden and it didn't work. The only way we keep power if we win it back is to hold ALL these fuckers accountable for:

launching a slow-walking coup
international war crimes
ignoring the emoluments clause
financial market manipulation
weaponizing the government against Trump's personal enemies
hijacking the 250th celebration

And we will also have to:

expand the SCOTUS
abolish ICE and Homeland Security
establish universal healthcare

It's the only way our republic will survive.

Not this boomer

I want them all to be banished from our country.
I agree some boomers are like that, but not all.

Not everything is about you, Boomer Person. This response feels like "not all white people," and "not all men." I never claimed every Boomer is a dinosaur clinging to the past. FFS, I'm a Boomer.

I know I'm either mad as hell at what's happening before our eyes or so upset about the tragedies, in tears.

Especially those who go back to Putin, Mogilevich and Netanyahu.
