(26,603 posts)Here. No one has been proven to have been falsely prosecuted. Many plead guilty.
This is just gaslighting because Trump is desperate not to go down in history as the felon pedophile conman with the IQ of a grapefruit that he is. Trump is a criminal that commits stupid crimes and yet because he was born white and rich has essentially skated through in life. No amount of fraud will fix this and JD is a pile of shit with no values or morals.
Justice matters.

(875 posts)but at least with regard to Medicaid in California, not that big a deal. The Medicaid or Medi-Cal (as we call it in California) budget is well above 220 billion dollars making the 1.3 billion just a tiny drop in the state Medi-Cal budget.
So no, your Grandma living in California is not going to be kicked out of her home and living in a tent under an overpass so j6er's can live the good life; as much as Vance and others would like to see that happen.

(2,036 posts)is almost dead. Truly. All the values, principles and ethics that defined this once great democracy have been killed or severely injured. What is worse, it's been allowed to happen, and it is continuing on a daily basis.
Yes, the midterms are coming, and the next national election is coming, but I hate to think of the damage that will be done in the meantime. This needs to stop now - not in a few months or a few years - now.

(4,132 posts)A coconspirator was killed while committing a felony. It's letter of the law that all accomplices can be charged with felony murder.
Starting with Trump who told them to fight like hell and to take away the gun magnetometers.

(14,205 posts)Oh, wait. We don't have to imagine it. We're soaking in it. In hindsight he should have followed the law as you suggest. But then, why not just follow the law regardless?

(20,811 posts)that the lion's share of that $1.8 billion will end up in Trump's pocket?
Call it a hunch. 😉
