NEWS: Virginia Democrats have filed a motion asking the Supreme Court of Virginia to delay issuing its mandate striking down the congressional redistricting referendum.
The filing states that the Commonwealth intends to file an emergency petition with the U.S. Supreme Court of seeking review of the decision.

My worry is this is a litmus test. Judges overturning elections? Weve been primed and need to show something more than running to SC.
Back in the day the Rs would be non stop bitching about liberal judges legislating from the bench if this happened to their side. Almost seems quaint.
