DeSantis has conceded that his gerrymander violates the Florida Constitution's Fair Districting Amendment.

Now he is arguing that the Amendment itself should be struck down as unconstitutional.

The issue? The Supreme Court just praised the Amendment in Rucho v. Common Cause.

White Christian sharia supremacy reigns supreme among the supreme bigots. Maybe, once they rule all state constitutions unconsitutional, they will be envigored to rate the US Constitution unconstitutional. Traitors everywhere and I fear for the young.
