Let's F*CKING stop calling the spoils of Trump's war "tragedies" and START calling them "WAR CRIMES."

I CALL BULLSHIT on calling the spoils of Rapin' Grampy'w war "TRAGEDIES."

They're fucking WAR CRIMES.

When he MURDERED 160 IRANIAN CHILDREN with a fucking TOMAHAWK MISSILE, a "tragedy" would imply that it was an unforeseen circumstance and an unfortunate outcome but HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

He's a rapist, a felon, a con man, a racist, a sociopath, and a guy who used to sell steaks on the Internet, with a drunken sexually-abusing tattooed piece of shit Fox News performance artist in charge of the DOD. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CREDENTIALS to START a war like this, REGARDLESS of the ethics / legality of Trump doing an end run around Congress to START it.

IT"S FUCKING WAR CRIMES.

Trump has just laid the groundwork for one of the "greatest tragedies in American foreign policy history," according to a GOP analyst.

Stewart Stevens, who was Mitt Romney's chief campaign strategist during his 2012 presidential campaign, argued in a recent interview on MS NOW's "Alex Witt Reports" that Trump appears incapable of recognizing the mistakes his administration has made in the war in Iran. He said that failure could create a situation where U.S. soldiers and Iranian civilians face "complete tragedies" of Trump's own making.

"This is not a healthy human being who's making decisions here," Stevens said. "This is a very damaged guy who's in decline, who has no one around him to limit him, and we've stumbled into this war."

=Stevens added that Trump's lack of an exit strategy could compound the issues he faces in Iran.

I've been horrified that even on NPR (about the only MSM I consume), there's been little or no discussion of the legalities of what's happening – instead, they're covering it like a sports event – who's stronger or weaker, who's pulling ahead or not, etc., as if the only frame of reference worth thinking about is "might = right."

The lack of interest in the legalities is frightening to me in itself – what have we become?

So, we can talk about war crimes but unless the United States is prepared to turn Donald J. Trump over to the Hague for trial and prosecution, what is a war crime?

And if I see a brightly colored wig, white makeup, big red lips, giant floppy shoes and a plastic flower that shoots water, I'm gonna say "clown."

I've said this on many occasions. I don't envy any teacher in a classroom, a few generations down the stream, attempting to explain this to their students.

A lot of kids develop critical thinking skills at a relatively early age. But PART OF applying critical thinking to ANY subject is some measure of logic.

"The suspect had a gas can, matches, and was spotted at the scene of the fire." That leads one to believe the arsonist has been identified.

But you take Trump. 3 marriages, six bankruptcies, fake charity shut down by the government, fake university shut down by the government...

...how are these kids gonna connect the dots and have it make sense that a guy who sold steaks on the Internet became the reincarnation of Hitler?
