The are not promoting some women and people of color. They think people of color got their jobs because they were black or brown. Not because they were qualified. Didn't you ever here Charlie Kirk say if he saw a black pilot when he got on the plane he would he would be worried if he was qualified you know because he got his job because of DEI which has absolutely nothing to do with whether he's qualified or not. It's obviously wrong if Hegseth deliberately chose to block promotions of people solely because of their identity group (stereotyping). That doesn't mean it's just to lash out at another stereotyped group.
