And a whole lot of financial institutions that are involved in this massive conspiracy and coverup.

IMHO, he totally knows what hes doing by dismantling all the safeguards to our national security because he is part of a criminal enterprise that benefits hugely from the lack of accountability and free rein of lawlessness. People should stop pretending that is not the case.
