It starts with girls being taught to confront men and boy pests who assault them in the moment. When a pest grabs their ass, they should turn to them and accuse them loudly in front of anyone who is there. Yelling at them to stop grabbing their ass or touching them or sniffing them or whatever.

The point is to be loud and embarrass the pest immediately.

Do not be embarrassed or shy about it. Call them out

Teach your girls that there is no need to be polite or nice about this behavior from anyone, not to boys or even men in authority. Encourage them and practice responses with them. It's simply a basic form of self-defense.

The sentence every female needs to commit to memory: "DON'T touch me there!"
