Biden pardoned his son. Ford pardoned Nixon As two examples

I don't personally think this should be permitted and don't know that it's really valid under the law.
Does anyone know if it's ever been tested in court and whether it's made it to higher courts for a determination?

but a presidential pardon doesn't preclude state charges.

Would that be Civil contempt? If he chose to jail her until these nine are returned?
