British musician/analyst says Kid Rock was not "lip syncing"

He's saying that the times it looks like Kid Rock drops the mic but can still be heard singing, there is actually a second voice doing a "call and response." That voice may or may not have been pre-recorded, and if pre-recorded, it may or may not have been Kid Rock. But if it was pre-recorded, it was recorded without the usual "pop filter" that a studio recording would have used, so it would sound more live. Some comments say that in a live concert of that song, someone else was doing those parts.

I don't know, but I just think it's funny that a MAGA hero is doing rap, while the MAGA cult is whining about non-white culture polluting their world.

Mostly because the music sucked.

But the audience sucked, too.

So, it really doesn’t matter if he was lip-syncing or not.

The MAGA halftime show sucked just like everything affiliated with Trump.

against fakery like autotune and lip-synching. I've posted a number of his videos.

He said he got a lot of emails asking him to check this, so he did.

He's also warning media outlets that if Kid Rock decides to sue them for saying he was lip-synching, he could win.

Checking this sort of thing is just what Fil does. He should not be attacked for finding out Kid Rock wasn't lip synching.

Would you have preferred him to lie?

I always liked her tone but I had a hard time with their style of pop. I feel the same way about ABBA and the Beach Boys. Just not my kind of thing.

... most of his videos for the past couple of years have been about autotune/pitch-correction, famous names lip-syncing at concerts, and a few YouTube frauds. But I think that's just because that kind of crap, which has been around for a while, has virtually taken over commercial music in recent years. Fil claims that almost all the music you hear on steaming services and talent shows has been processed, even remixes and re-recordings of classics. I can't verify that's true, but now that I know what it sounds like, I sure hear a lot of it, everywhere.

Again, I don't know and certainly don't think it's a serious issue, but I have to agree that the evidence of lip-syncing is not as strong as it seemed. So, the only thing I'm taking away from it is that it's easy to jump to conclusions.

I don't give a shit about this stupid temper tantrum. This was an epic failure on every single level.

TPUSA is an extremely terrible organization, and the more we talk about this shit show, the more they win.

Let's move on already.

While Kid Rock was singing "Til You Can't," which Is very possibly the most depressing song released in this century, Bad Bunny was saying this:

Spanish: "Mi nombre es Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, y si hoy estoy aquí en el Super Bowl 60, es porque nunca, nunca dejé de creer en mí. Tú también deberías de creer en ti. Vales más de lo que piensas. Confía en mí."

English translation: "My name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, and if I'm here today at Super Bowl 60, it's because I never, ever stopped believing in myself. You should also believe in yourself. You're worth more than you think. Trust me."
