I'm old enough to remember Stephen Miller throughout all of 2024.

HuffPost has a very dramatic headline on their home page right now, "DEPORTATION HORROR: PARENTS PRIED FROM THEIR KIDS — AGAIN AND AGAIN." ( https://www.huffpost.com/ )

Miller was GIDDY throughout 2024, like a drunken Satyr dancing around a fire with his pan flute.

This is his life-long wet dream come true. He'll never have another chance like this. Even if another Republican ends up in the White House in 2032 or beyond, their willingness to take on Miller and his baggage is dubious at best.

But Miller creamed in his jeans at the prospect of building more "Operation Wetback"-styled concentration camps on the Texas border, and elsewhere. He was vocal, he was all over the media, he was like Martin Short in SCTV's "The Kid Who Couldn't Wait For Christmas."

He made this PROMISE, if Trump should get re-elected.

And, American voters re-elected Trump.

That doesn't mean I've accepted or normalized what's happening. It means it was a promise made by Miller, contingent on Trump getting re-elected, and when that happened, he didn't waste a fucking second.

"WE" could have prevented this. And by "WE" I mean EVERY VOTER...the Harris voters did their part. But the Trump voters and the ones who abstained from voting MADE THIS ALL HAPPEN.

Parents Are Getting Deported Without Having Any Idea Where Their Kids Are
A new method of detaining and deporting immigrants seems “engineered to lead to family separation,” one advocate told HuffPost.

menacing to humanity, imo. (I am only wondering if they shouldn't take a look, not that they too have their kids pried from them... although... )
