Could capture the the villainy and viciousness along with the bonkers unpredictability and the screaming accusations. Bondi delights in her own performance of lies. Kate could do it, I think.

She's got the right look, she's about as old as what Bondi is trying to pull off, and her turn as Violet Beauregarde's mother in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" shows she can play parts that require her to be singularly unpleasant.
