This woman is supposedly an attorney, who should have learned how to organize notes enough to easily answer questions. She apparently had highlighted items she thought might come up and marked them with sticky notes. I do not believe she finished one sentence without turning pages, moving back and forth and generally getting lost. I know a number of 8th graders who could wipe her off the map in a debate.

How in the Sam Hill did she even get into Law School, much less graduate?
