BREAKING: A source briefed by FAA tells me the El Paso flight ban was driven by military operations from Biggs Army Air Field at Fort Bliss. The FAA acted after the Defense Department could not assure civilian flight safety.

More on El Paso, from CNN’s Pete Muntean

Invade Mexico? They've been trying to help Cuba survive -45's aggression, maybe he and kegsbreath are upset about that. Maybe they want to start another mass distraction there since Mexico hasn't been on the list of immediate targets for a couple weeks.

Have to switch up the distractions so people don't get bored.

Kidnappings, murder of foreigners and extortion of foreign businesses in the poorer, remote areas, and territorial warfare.

Miller, Rubio, and Kegsbreath might be trying to pull a flex to try out their Donroe Doctrine and new "manly military lethality only" position.
Oh, and don't look for any more Epstein Files, they just aren't that important to the American people, just some rich guys messing around doing rich guy stuff.

6. FAA lifts El Paso flight restrictions, allowing flights to resume
Wed Feb 11, 2026, 09:10 AM
Yesterday
Hours after putting in flight restrictions, the Federal Aviation Administration is now saying the temporary closure of airspace over El Paso, Texas, has been lifted.

The FAA said in a statement that there is no threat to commercial aviation. All flights will resume as normal.

The FAA had issued temporary flight restrictions over El Paso, Texas, and Santa Teresa, New Mexico, prohibiting all flight operations there for the next 10 days for "special security reasons," according to a notice.

The notice said no flights could operate beginning early Wednesday within a 10 nautical mile radius of El Paso Airport, including from the ground up to 17,999 feet. The restrictions will remain in effect until Feb. 21, the notice said. This excludes the Mexican airspace.

Well, that didn't last long -- I read about the closure about 8:30 AM EST, then, shortly after 9:00 AM EST, I read the closure was lifted.

WHY?
-- Mexico surrendered?
-- We surrendered?
-- Ghislane Maxwell was flying through El Paso on her way to freedom?
-- Trump was fleeing the country through El Paso? (Any flights direct El Paso - Saudi Arabia or Moscow?)

14. GPS jamming exercise?
Wed Feb 11, 2026, 09:55 AM
Yesterday

The military from time to time runs a GPS JAMMING EXERCISE, in which GPS signals in a small area are jammed to test reactions. Shortly after reading the item about El Paso closing, I saw something on the 'net about a GPS jamming exercise at the Army airfield at Fort Bliss, outside El Paso.

Pam Blondi just made a big deal about repelling cartel drones from Mexico at the start of her hearing in Congress, which just started.

This may have been a ploy to look like a strong defender of America ahead of what could be devastating questioning in her congressional hearing.

IOW, false flag.

19. Military GPS jamming
Wed Feb 11, 2026, 11:04 AM

I'm a Vietnam vet, served 28 years -- 1967-1995. GPS was not introduced until late-1980's-early-1990's, so, all I ever used was map and compass.

My son was Army Special Forces, came in just as GPS was taking over. He says they often exercise with GPS jamming. They had jammers that would disrupt other GPS units, leaving theirs alone, or, they would practice with their GPS being jammed and being unusable or unreliable.

Would have been nice if the FAA has given the reason for shutting down El Paso airport.

20. May be related to military at border, but for a few months now, BIG military helicopters doing regular flights over me
Wed Feb 11, 2026, 11:04 AM
Yesterday

Twice a day, usually 2 helicopters flying fairly low towards local airport used by some private, some freight, and US Army Fort near AZ/Mexico border. Flights have been morning (going southeast from airport)and just before sunset (heading northwest to the airport). Those big helicopters that are used to transport people.

Thought it might relate to work going on re the 'border wall' but the major work going on re the wall is well west of this operation, west of the Huachuca Mountains where the army fort is. It did occur to me they might be sending people east of here for some sort of staging. El Paso is not far from this area, especially 'as the bird flies'.

Yeah, I have always watched the sky and see stuff most never notice. Over the years, I have more than a couple chaps in military intel tell me I look up way too much and probably shouldn't. Makes me look even more.

By playing a sorta-dumb-blond with a couple of them, innocently asking questions, I have gathered a bit of interesting information re levels of surveillance possible over the decades. One time, years ago, a really strange chap showed up where I was working (alone) and started asking weird questions about some cities in eastern Europe, during a time there was a lot of fighting, with military & UN forces involved. I can't lie for beans, but I can pull off a blank expression and looking a bit befuddled. Most men will buy the act.

In the Reagan era we had frequent low-level flights by C-130s; sometimes at night.

I hope I got the designation right.

We thought they might be practicing for the invasion of Nicaragua; using our western NC terrain to approximate Nicaragua's. The invasion never happened. Probably because of the Iran/Contra scandal..
