Julie K. Brown: Epstein didn't want prostitutes. He wanted scared, vulnerable girls and young women he could control.

(gift substack) Jeffrey Epstein didn't want prostitutes. He wanted scared, vulnerable girls and young women he could control. open.substack.com/pub/jkbjourn...

Understanding Epstein's Crimes
Sex trafficking isn't widely understood. Here is what Epstein did.

”I’m not a sexual predator, I’m an ‘offender’ … It’s the difference between a murderer and a person who steals a bagel,” Jeffrey Epstein told the New York Post in 2011.

Epstein compared raping a 13-year-old girl to stealing a bagel. Let that sink in. This wasn’t an accident; it was strategic. In some ways, the bagel was a metaphor for how he justified the depravity of his crimes.

The fact that so many otherwise respectable, powerful and smart people continued to associate with Epstein after it was known he had sexually assaulted so many underage girls is mind boggling.

What’s even more insidious is, by having all those elite people around him, those people helped perpetuate the normalization of Epstein’s crimes against children.

Make no mistake. Epstein molested, raped, threatened, discarded and mentally tortured girls and young women.

Another important reminder. Ghislaine Maxwell helped him, and these files back that up.

It may be worth explaining here what sex trafficking is.

“ Sex trafficking, whether you are a minor, or an adult, is when someone induces you to have commercial sex by using force, fraud or coercion.”

Epstein ran a business - he provided a service to high-class exclusive clientele and he was paid handsomely for that service. Epstein needed to test the girls and make sure they were acceptable, as well as nice-looking and discrete. If they showed that they measured up, those girls were rewarded financially with promises of college tuitions paid, modelling careers, acting careers, etc. Because Epstein did all of this, the "clients" were happy to pay him, and also entrust him with their financial management. These were mostly middle-age men who were billionaires, CEOs and trust-fund heirs. Epstein knew exactly how to play them.

Apparently there are people claiming that they are survivors and they have audio recordings of victims statements they also claim there is video evidence that includes child pornography and even snuff films One of the people claiming to have been a childhood victim is Sascha Riley a US military veteran

There is a discussion about this on Reddit that had this posted at the page below

https://www.reddit.com/r/OutOfTheLoop/comments/1qafovw/whats_going_on_with_the_man_who_alleges_he_saw/

Threads has the most amount of information. I would high encourage listening to the interview yourself. Personally, the amount of detail they (they/them) offer of things that could be verified via paper trail (CPS records, armed forces finding the snuff film they participated in, childhood events such as sherif being called at attempted drowning by their parents which was witnessed by beach goers, coupled with the conviction and emotion in their voice, I believe them. As someone who was raped and molested by family and friends, and held onto that quietly for years I can hear it in their voice. I just absolutely believe them. Why would anyone bother to make these things up, knowing they could be looked into? Why would anyone die on this hill over and over (they've been trying to get their story out for years of my understanding).

And then there are audio recordings at this SubStack site below
