JD Vance says there are 30М undocumented folks in the U.S., In 2025 they were responsible for 29 murders, meaning 1 in a million is a murderer. On the other hand 22,000 ICE agents killed 34 people in 2025. That means 1 in 674 ICE agents is a murderer

8 U.S.C. § 1324: Involves bringing in and harboring certain aliens, imposing penalties on those who assist in illegal entry.

I don't really see any of the published negotiation points being negotiable.
And what can republicans' position be? "Ok, we won't trample these two Constitutional rights, but we'll continue to trample these other 4"?
If that is their position (which it is) we need to make them own that.
