He looked like an idiot, just standing there, inert, a few steps away, while others were busy crouched down around the person who’d fainted, trying to offer assistance. Just showing his priorities: himself.

And those other guys at camera right, who were busy trying to assist the man stricken, well, never mind THEM. THEY’RE just “the help”.

The USA now has a leader who does not even know how to respond to a person fainting. This is the leader who is supposed respond to crises when they occur, direct the protection of our country in the even of attack (from within or without), and basically manage the response to the country's emergencies when they occur.
