        I'm not a medical field expert but there are old age assessments that might MRI everything head to toe. There are also brain scans, liver, abdomen, prostate, pelvis, joints. 
Nobody goes to brag about their MRI! 
The greatest MRI ever! Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Is he in denial? Just wants to feel like he still has it? Did they do other imaging?

        the results when he invokes the 25th Amendment.

        or to check for another problem. Its not like lets just do an MRI.
