Not sure how to explain the few Republican women. Maybe "concerned"?

Is that there can be only one in their world. Which means that everyone other than the one leader is constantly being trained to be a follower, a conformist, a sycophant, a beta.

Key traits of leadership -- independent vision, decision-making, judgment, etc., are actively squelched and punished.

And so we have a Republican Congress filled with people with no spine, no independent thought, no ability to stand up for any principle, if they even had one other than blind loyalty....
