Evolve Bank CEO charged with sexual exploitation of minor: court records
https://wreg.com/news/local/evolve-bank-ceo-arrested-at-poplar-office/MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Bob Hartheimer, the CEO of Evolve Bank & Trust, was arrested Thursday on charges related to sexual exploitation of a minor, according to court records.
Records show Hartheimer’s charges are sexual exploitation of minor-material-photograph, and obscene material-distribution, both felonies.
Hartheimer, 68, was taken into custody by marshals Thursday.
The arrest occurred as federal agents executed a search warrant at the Evolve Bank headquarters office on Poplar Avenue in East Memphis, according to the FBI.
