Drawbacks of A Partially Functioning Fed Gov

So I’m one of the lucky Fed workers not furloughed. Over half of my office was.

I’m staring out my window because my network has been pretty much nonfunctional for the last couple hours. We don’t have a robust IT group, mainly contractors who I’m guessing we let go last week along with most of us.

So here I and the rest of us sit. Incapable of doing much because the deep thinkers don’t know squat about running a functional government.

Have a great day and a better weekend

My nephew also works for the feds. In customs. My sister says part of his responsibilities is to collect tariffs so we think he's probably safe.

I can't imagine how frustrating this is for you and your coworkers.
