It will be the cheapest possible construction - particle board, plywood, gold spray paint and styrofoam geegaws from Hobby Lobby and chandeliers from a bankrupt casino - so Trump can pocket whatever funds are left over; it will probably be such low-grade garbage that it will have to be hauled to a landfill.
