We should be alarmed. DHS took a doctored video of this teen's Tik Tok and made it look as if he was threatening ICE
There are so many things to be alarmed about. But if the government is combing through Tik Tok and then putting a target on Americans - with fake videos - whether with the threat of going after them or putting them in danger from unhinged MAGATs - we should be very concerned.
It is obvious we have a non functioning government to check this. What else are they faking? What else are they doctoring? If they did not do this personally, why did they not know it was doctored? Why are they not fact checking before posting this?
This young man is now being threatened.
Some other outlets have reported on this but Roland Martin shows in more detail how much this video was doctored. Removing the guys in colorful clothing to leave only the guys in black to make it look more threatening. The irony and tragedy of this all is that, not only did he not mention ICE, it was actually in support of America against Iran.
There will be so many lawsuits due to the actions of this administration. It should come out of their own pockets.
