2. I could be wrong but I'm not sure this is a bill that the governor has power to veto.

I welcome anyone more knowledgeable in NC governance to correct me here.

If it can be vetoed, the legislature needs 60% in each house to override the veto.

They are one vote shy of a super majority and they've got the state so gerrymandered it's basically not a democracy anymore.

9 Magat states are planning to gerrymander and if, er, when the Supreme Court guts the Civil Rights Act, Magats will gain an addition 19 House seats.

Republicans are destroying NC. The White Supremacist Court of the United States (WSCOTUS) is leading the charge. Dem governor Josh Stein has had his powers diminished by the racist maga legislation of the state.
