Contact the White House Historical Association...

Online contact form to reach the White House Historical Association. That site says:

"Please fill out the below form to the best of your ability. This will ensure White House Historical Association staff can appropriately route your inquiry and respond in a timely manner. Due to high volumes of inquiries and questions, it could take in excess of ten business days for our team to follow up with you. If there is no identifiable question in your submission, you may not receive a response.

The White House Historical Association is a private, nonpartisan, nonprofit dedicated to protecting, preserving, and providing public access to the 'People's House.'

Please note that this form is for historical, educational, and research questions."

My historical inquiry is: Why are you permitting the desecration of "The People's House?"

7. The White House Historical Society has no legal power

Over changes to the White House. In fact, the head of the Society has always been the First Lady of each present administration. They preserve history by writing books and doing research which they share with scholars. In other words.
As was said in a post by Blue Pitt
Reminder that they claimed this project was exempt from review by the National Capital Planning Commission who has statutory authority over capital projects. Reminder that his first weeks in office Trump dismissed the board of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation which oversees our National Historic Landmarks, NRHP sites, and oversees Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Without a board quorum it’s impossible to administer and make decisions. Reminder that the federal government is still on furlough which includes NPS staff who oversee and administer our historic sites and Heritage Documentation programs.
The White House Historical Society is not who you want to contact.
