I figured it’s been happening since he took office in 2016. Big question… will the for all intents and purposes state-run media even pick up on it? You can bet Bari Weiss will squash this at CBS.

Especially the fact they hacked into the RNC, Republican campaigns at every level(2015-16), and other Republican strongholds like the NRA (2021).
They have plenty of dirt. There are also corruptible Republicans who have been rewarded in some way, and also--there is the Mob. We are talking local and international (who operate quite freely here).
So, what we have is a group of Congresspeople (R) who are compromised or under threat for themselves or family--or both compromised and under threat.
Since Donald's first term we have watched the most unqualified people ever running for office or being appointed to various offices, committees, departments, and judgeships.

I have a friend who, although she claims she doesn't like trump, she always has something to excuse his stupidities and crimes, so no, I don't think they care, they seem to be on cloud nine watching everything get destroyed by these thugs.

I hope you are right, and you could be because the one thing even deplorables react to is high costs, less jobs, which is happening at high speed.

I have always said it, and people do not seem to understand, destroying is easy, building/creating is difficult, and takes time, reason why the USA is going to be in a very hard place when the thugs are taken out from office, the rebuilding process will take time.

is "Distorted", they just don't think there are any consequences from their criminal actions.

In 2015 I was driving back home, the guy on the radio asked "One short phrase on why you think trump should not become president"...I was driving and could not call, not even stop to call because they guy gave something like three minutes, but the first thought that came to my mind was "His lack of understanding that actions have consequences", and to me, from all the awful character attributes the convicted felon has, that is the worst.

At least since I became politically aware as a kid. Anyone with half a brain should have seen this coming. Of course seeing it coming and having a solid plan to do anything about it is another story. I wish I had been more politically active as a young man, but even with our best efforts we could not have changed the basic fragility of our government. The founders set us on this path, it was just a matter of time.

Trump shared intel with Foreign Minister Lavrov and Russian Ambassador Kislyak in 2017 in THE OVAL OFFICE. He stole classified documents at the end of his first term and carried them down to Mar-a-Lago. God only knows how much classified information he's spilled to our enemies.

He's a frigging traitor whose only allegiance is to money and his own personal influence and power.

Our safety and the safety of the country is being compromised everyday this dumbass is in office. He's willing to isolate the US from our allies and compromise them in a heartbeat.

Little wonder the Dutch have pulled the plug.

The article is also in Dutch. My browser (Firefox on Linux) auto-translated to English. It's a long article -- here is an excerpt (in English) that pertains to US-Dutch relations. It's a bit fractured because it's computer translation, but you get the idea.

Edited to add that the entire interview is very interesting and very in depth.

https://archive.is/20251020141916/https://www.volkskrant.nl/binnenland/nederlandse-diensten-delen-minder-informatie-met-de-vs-soms-vertellen-we-dingen-niet-meer~b4882f19/

As this comes to Europe, the US is rapidly moving towards an autocracy. US President Donald Trump is deploying the military against his own people. Judges' rulings are ignored. The head of wiretapping service NSA was fired for not being loyal enough.

Reesink: ‘To great sorrow on our side. We knew the man well.”
Is it still justified to continue the intensive sharing of intelligence with the US on the same footing?
Reesink: ‘We visited the CIA and NSA a few months ago. Also with my own wonder: how is it going in the workplace? I am positively reassured there again. The tires are good and will stay good. This is without prejudice to us regularly weighing this cooperation.’

What is the conclusion when it comes to, for example, sharing intelligence about Russia, of which it is not certain what the US will do with it?

Reesink: ‘That’s being weighed.’

Are you more reluctant to share certain information?

Reesink: ‘I can’t go into what that relationship is like now compared to this. But that we make that trade-off and sometimes don’t tell things anymore, that’s true.’

That's a striking breakup. What has been the most important change?

Akerboom: ‘We do not judge what we see politically, but we look at our experiences with the services. And we are very keen on politicizing our intelligence and on violating human rights.”
What does it mean for practice if there are risks in these areas?
Akerboom: ‘Sometimes you have to start thinking about case by case: can I still share this information or not?’

quit sharing their intel with the U.S. way way back during Trump's first occupation of the White House.

I would bet, that when Jared went down to the Saudi's and delivered a briefcase to them, it contained our intel on the Military /Defense of the U.S. and ALL the countries that shared their Military/Defense intelligence information..........Why else would they have literally "gifted" him TWO BILLION DOLLARS ??????? Of course, I imagine Trump also supplied all of that, on a continuing basis to Putin for free......and updated it when he skulked back into office the second time.....
Once before, Jared had gone down with a briefcase of information and returned with a 150 MILLION dollar loan he desperately needed to bail out one of his disastrous real estate investments.......It was said he tipped off the head of the Saudi gov't info about the journalist they sawed up when they conned him into traveling from the U.S. back over there........It was also said that it contained a list of the Saudi Royal family members that were not loyal..........and they soon disappeared?

I am not sure that even when Biden got back in office, that the countries would share their intel with us........ever again, given what was going on in the U.S.

Not sure what exactly is going on with this Argentina shit, and Venezuela shit..........What I do know is that Putin and Trump are both EXTREMELY interested in Venezuela, because they have the worlds greatest oil reserves in the world, even ahead of Russia and the Saudi's.......which gives reason to be suspicious.........
