Stephen Miller is going to prison for the rest of his life. ICE agents too. Hawk's Podcasts

Stephen Miller is going to prison for the rest of his life. ICE agents too.

In this episode, Hawk discusses the idea of accountability for Stephen Miller, ICE agents, and others who carried out the policies of the Trump administration. Drawing from the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on presidential immunity, Hawk focuses on how that protection does not extend to the people who enabled or enforced those directives.

He explores what justice could look like for figures like Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, and others involved in immigration enforcement and Trump-era executive actions. Hawk paints a vivid picture of what it might mean when those who acted without moral restraint finally face legal consequences.

Not making them impossible, just not given out like party favors.

So, no federal charges for Miller.

Are you anticipating any state charges against Miller? Which states and which crimes?

Ideally, Miller would face trial at The Hague, but since the IS isn’t a member of the ICC, that is highly unlikely.

I don’t watch clickbait videos, so I’m only responding to the topic of your post, not the video.

within their contract they were assured that if they did whatever Tr**p wanted them to do (lies, lies, lies) - that they were assured that they would be pardoned to avoid investigations, indictments and jail?
