Lots of competition there, as discussed in this video. McDonald's, Five Guys, Taco Bell, Subway, and many other fastfood chains have restaurants in the Pentagon. But we can't have reporters wandering around in there.

Sounds like Kegsbreath wanted somewhere to drop in for casual beer and burger, but wanted something with a more glitzy hook-up night feel than the O-club (or E-7 + club) on Prime Rib or Surf and Turf night would get him.
