Jean Chretien, former PM of Canada, on Trump "without the rule of
law it will be blackmail on a daily basis" in the US. In the long run he is optimistic and pointed out he was head of Young Liberals at Laval University in 1956 so he'd seen a lot and you go through bad times and come out the other side.
