A judge ordered the Ice assholes not to use tear gas and attack protesters and Ice ignore this judge. In the alternative, ICE wants to allow Hott to testify remotely. I doubt that this stunt will work

7. One statement caught my eye in their reply to the judge:

With regards to body-worn cameras( BWC) , which is subject to a potential TRO modification, DHS has no uniform department-wide policy or operational posture. ..

In short, it's a bunch of ragtag oathkeepers and the like with zero training, who are not supervised properly and doing whatever the hell they want, much like medieval armies looting and pillaging cities that they invaded.
