Crying in Chicago overcome with emotion at the display of patriotism
There’s no designated centralized gathering spot like Times Square but people are walking Michigan Avenue for blocks from Wacker to Van Buren; they are on Lakeshore Drive and in Grant Park at the Bandshell.
The best I could do was honk incessantly as I drove around.
