(12,192 posts)1. There are over 30 events for No Kings day
Scheduled In Tennessee alone. Just think of it. Tennessee, a right wing controlled and overflowing with pedo Trump voters has large events scheduled in over 30 cities.
Everyone wants our democracy back.

(16,133 posts)2. I was likewise heartened to see at least 18 events
scheduled in my original home state of WV. With a population of only 1.77 million, and given the conservative turn there on recent years, I find this very encouraging.

The real blow to the dicktater is the outpouring of resistance from EVERYWHERE.

Love the $40.00 t-shirt
A bit much for this thrift store shopper.
Damn nice, though.

On edit: good sign material.

Wearing yellow for No Kings Day symbolizes solidarity against authoritarianism and promotes the movement's message of defending democratic values.
Significance of Wearing Yellow
The No Kings movement, which is a response to perceived authoritarian tactics in governance, has designated yellow as its official color. This choice of color is meant to unify participants and visually represent their collective stance against what they view as threats to democracy. By wearing yellow, individuals show their support for the movement's goals and their commitment to standing against political oppression and the erosion of democratic norms.
