Since Trump has already proven he's willing to cancel any Congressionally-appropriated funding,

why should the Democrats in Congress vote to approve any budget? If Trump is going to hack at a budget, it may as well belong to his party.

In a functioning America the President isn’t allowed to just approve what congress appropriates, per the SC ruling in the 90s on the line item veto. But as we know, in MAGAstan that we now live King Trump gets to do as he pleases
