Pritzker states what we've known for MONTHS: A "diminished" Trump is being manipulated by Miller

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker, a Democrat, said on Tuesday that one of President Donald Trump's closest henchmen appears to be "manipulating him" as he seeks more power over domestic issues.

Pritzker joined The Bulwark's Tim Miller on a new episode of "The Bulwark Podcast" to discuss the Trump administration's deportation efforts, which White House senior aide Stephen Miller is reportedly leading. Pritzker said Miller appears to be using his proximity to the president to manipulate him because of the president's "diminished capacity."

"I do think he needs help, and I don't think anybody around him on a day-to-day basis wants to get him any help because they have more power based upon his diminished capacity," Pritzker said. "Think about Stephen Miller. I mean, Stephen Miller clearly is the one pushing the tactics at DHS, at CBP, at ICE."

"He's clearly the person who is aiming to have Donald Trump become an authoritarian leader, and I wish that people could at least recognize that Stephen Miller is bad for the country, and he is abusing the fact that Donald Trump has diminished capacity. He's manipulating him."

Both Vought and Miller have been making "statements." I read an article yesterday that offered the theory of Miller doing so much TV because he knows he has an "audience of one" and that's how he keeps Trump hypnotized.

There's not a lot that Hegseth's done that hasn't been immediately visible and apparent.

I know that's a fine distinction and maybe not valid 100% of the time.

and diminished capacity are from his psychopathic brain disease. It takes a lot of effort to maintain his own perceived reality. It is probably exhausting. Miller feeds into the felonious canker's sickness. I don't think he is any stupider than he always was.

It was the first crack in the wall with Musk. Remember his ridiculous bouncy prancy thing at Trump's MAGAt rally?

Trump later asked "What's wrong with Elon?"

I think Trump has some kind of internal alarm that goes off when someone is getting *****TOO MANY***** headlines.

Of course, it was that AND challenging Trump, but it really didn't matter at that point, because Musk already had everything he went in for right there in his hands.

Pritzker realizes that there is nothing he could do to change Trump's mind.

Trump holds grudges and decades ago vowed revenge against Pritzker family.

Governor's uncle was in partnership with Trump to manage New York's Hyatt Hotel in 1975.
