Krasnov will impose the Insurrection Act, so says Miles Taylor who worked under Krasnov. Miles goes on to say that there will be challenges, but in the end, the fascist, bought, Supreme Court, will rule that it is up to Congress to check dear leader.
Once Krasnov can operate under the Insurrection Act he can do so with impunity, he will be acting within the law.
It's coming.
