she voted for it, but did not have time to read it and that she would not have voted for it if she had known what was in it. That seems to have been the plan, throw out a few thousand pages and hold the vote a few hours later.

… that will be victimized by the GOP bill. I really am.

But Marge - let me know when these constituents start telling you that they plan to vote for democrats from now on because they have now come to understand that the republicans are screwing them. And that you’re telling them “me too”. Otherwise, your protestation don’t mean much.

History tells me that their irrational hate for libs and all things Progressive will still motivate them to check the R box. And that you’ll enthusiastically suck up to Тяцмp as soon as he remembers who you are and bothers to look your way again.

People like MTG have made people believe that Democrats are less than human, that they drink the blood of babies, just as Hitler did with the Jews.

about Democrats being takers and tax paying Magats subsidizing them.

The truth of the matter is that more Magats are on Obamacare, more Magats are on Medicaid, more Magats are on SNAP. The "handouts" aren't going to the big cities, they are going to rural America. My use of the word "handouts" isn't what I would call them, it's what Magats call them. I know hard working people who can't afford to buy healthcare without a subsidy, if you want to do away subsidies then start paying people more. The real handouts go to billionaires.

Is she beginning to feel the push back, the growing anger against the GOP's strangulation of the country? Or merely positioning herself for the aftermath when Republicans are viewed as pariahs?

Whatever.

At least on healthcare and the Epstein debacle she's on the right side of things.

However, I had to laugh when she claimed a weariness for "political drama," the Drama Queen of the House, the Screaming Banshee denying her role in the ongoing performance art of governance.

Maybe that's the point. Baby steps of distance before the coming implosion.

The implosion will come, one way or the other. Marge may be smarter than she looks or sounds, aka survival instinct.
