I got to handle one that a friend had recently been awarded for his work........It's like four inches around, gold, and pretty thick.......If Trump ever stole one of those, he would hang it around his neck and wear it all the time to gloat....

but this time, he is seemingly a little late to the party along with many others...............

Many here on DU and other places have been saying this exact thing for many months, from the very start of his second "Occupation".......

The simple reality is this, (like so many, many other things), has been organized, orchestrated according to a preset agenda, and now they are executing their 2025/Steven Miller game plan.......

The thing is, that it is akin to painting ourselves into a corner, or a check mate of sorts: Damned if we do rebel, Damned if we don't rebel....

Many people have been walking down the jungle path, swatting at mosquitoes, and were oblivious to the herd of charging elephants...Pun intended

Doing the "high road" thing, writing "Sternly worded letters", not at all realizing, for at least the past decade(s), they were up against an all out Guerrilla Warfare Strategy and Tactics being used by this "new" group of so called Republican Party Fascists.......
They have been chipping away at everything since before Reagan, slowly working towards this end......They came within a hair of them reaching their goal during the first Trump Occupation......And Republicans decided they were not to be denied the second time......AT ANY COST....
Their mantra is: "The Means, Justifies The End'..........
The Uber Wealthy, The Corporations, The Republican Majority in the House and Senate, the Republican installed U.S.S.C. Justices, Musk's "handiwork" with vote compiling computers?, the major Republican owned/operated Mass Media in the entire U.S., Fox News, Right Wing Radio's 100's of stations across rural America...............this all didn't just happen to be coincidental and just innocently "come together." and happen overnight............

Many of us Dems here have been screaming our heads off since HWBush's CABAL committed Treason to get Reagan into office.......and it has fallen on deaf ears......We were even laughed at by the large group called: Reagan Democrats........

Our choices on what to do now, are severely limited, I would not want to hazard a guess on which way to go............
