However the Supreme Court will give a reason why Trump is eligible for a 3rd term, but not Obama. This is who we're dealing with.

Putin served 2 terms? ( I think) and was term limited. His cohort then served and then Putin again.

So a person could serve a term, a vp could serve a term, the original president could serve another term etc etc etc

XXII Amendment, Section 1:

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

There is no exception for a break between terms.

more than two terms generally. Of course, that could help Anus Orange, but it would open the door for Obama as well.

If SCOTUS says Turnip can run for a third term (which would be directly succeeding his second term), Dems would be pretty stupid NOT to nominate Obama. Turnip wouldn't agree to ANY debates but Obama could out-social media him any day.

It is a blast to consider. As a scare tactic? Outstanding.

As a reality? President Obama being a constitutional professor. This may be a bridge to far.

Back to, it is a blast to consider.
