Breaking Virginia Prosecutor to decline charging AG James -link added

Eff off losers

https://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/news/top-prosecutor-trump-pressure-charge-new-york-ag-rcna235922

A top prosecutor in Virginia has informed colleagues she plans to decline to seek charges against New York Attorney General Letitia James, resisting intense pressure from President Donald Trump, according to two people familiar with her discussions.

Elizabeth Yusi, who oversees major criminal prosecutions in the Norfolk office of the Eastern District of Virginia, has confided to co-workers that she sees no probable cause to believe James engaged in mortgage fraud, the two sources told MSNBC. Yusi plans to present her conclusion to the president’s new acting U.S. attorney, Lindsey Halligan, in the coming weeks, they said.

Re: bravery. we have arrived at that moment when Trump's Gestapo are invading "enemy cities". We are at the moment when Herr Miller commands people to attack "enemy judges" and that happens less than 48 hours later. So there is no way we can minimize the amount of bravery now required to stand up to Trump. And we are at this moment because of the unadulterated COWARDICE of nearly every elected Republican.

Having said that, there is an upside to Trump firing a capable, competent prosecutor. He will undoubtedly replace her with a legal buffoon who will totally piss off any judge they go before -- even Bush and Trump appointees.

I think he occasionally has some sort of mental or psychological breakdown that he needs to be heavily medicated for. Just an opinion.

Just trying to find a venue that might be compliant or just sticking it to the accused.

was going to be her primary residence and not a vacation house. Primary residences get a lower mortgage rate than do secondary residences,

After all, they love a good loophole to retain their wealth and position.

Which means, it is pretty much a common thing. A thing that rich asshats created.

Any bets on whether or not that orange gibbon or his inner circle have done the exact same thing?

Then he would state a different value of the property for his applications for insurance.

That is what he was sued for by NY Att'y James.

Yes, oligarchs are still funding. But they're also watching, checking their odds to see if they can still beat The People.
