Skipping to the meat of the story.
Aside from people yelling at them, telling them to leave, and a lot of honking, no one was attacking the agents, said Denton, who lives in Logan Square.
There was no reason for them to do that, he added. Im upset. Im a Caucasian male and I dont typically have to deal with situations like this, but its upsetting to see people being paid to attack our community for senseless stupid reasons. ...

The incident happened at Rico Fresh Market, 3552 W. (24,836 posts)Trump has unleashed America's worst nightmare. Government agents, armed, masked, unidentified, unaccountable, set lose on our people with a mission to harass, terrorize, arrest and punish for no legal reason.
I honestly never thought I would see this day in America.

"One of Trump's masked ICE thugs tossed a smoke grenade onto a crowded Chicago street.
The tear gas impacted families and residents who had nothing to do with the ICE raid, including a family walking home from their child's preschool.
Bill Higgins and Jessica Dixon were walking home with their 2-year-old from school when they heard drivers honking their horns and using their vehicles to prevent federal agents from entering the grocery store parking lot.
The attack occurred after cars reportedly blocked the ICE SUV at Rico Fresh Market in what appears to be a completely unjustified escalation."
