I was at Antietam yesterday, interesting data point...

My dad was in the DMV and didn't want to come into DC (understandably) so I left town for a couple of days to go see some Civil War stuff in MD/PA with him. The Gettysburg visitor center/museum was still open since they're privately operated, but Antietam wasn't…we asked a couple of stereotypical MAGA types, southern drawlers wearing patriotic t-shirts and cowboy boots—but no red hats, American flag ones—if the visitor center was open and one gentleman said no, then spat and said "THANK YOU VERY MUCH MISTER PRESIDENT!"

I know, books and covers, but these guys did NOT seem like Democratic voters…and having that attitude is a Good Sign.
