Trump politicizing and dividing the military.

The military has traditionally maintained a separation from political game-playing. But, no more. Trump is blabbing his usual divisive nonsense in front of 800 admirals and generals at Quantico. He is giving his usual spiel about Joe Biden's "autopen" and bragging about all the "wars" he has stopped and how he has saved millions of lives. It is embarrassing.

What is his goal? Does he want all of them to swear a loyalty oath? What does he hope to accomplish? He is telling the generals that we are under invasion from within.

His mistake in giving his campaign "MAGA" speech to these top military officers is that they are not your typical "MAGA" supporters. They are intelligent, rational thinking human beings. They see his speech for what it is - a slather of ego-driven political propaganda.

Knowing the way he operates, those in attendance probably felt his speech was a hidden threat to them and their careers.

No doubt, it was a huge waste of money.

They’re smart, strategic, see the whole board, honor their commitments. I could go on but it’s a lot more than bone spurs that prevented him from being a general.

And if FOX would have found it acceptable. This is a horrific moment in American history and few seem to notice.
